This is an official vintage watch from the 90s, created by FOSSIL featuring Warner Bros.' "Looney Tunes" characters.
The character is the popular Taz (Tasmanian Devil).
The dial background has a brick pattern, and it's a very elaborate design typical of FOSSIL.

Usage: Purchased about 20 years ago, worn only a few times and carefully stored.
Appearance: Both the case and the glass face have no noticeable scratches and are in very clean condition.
